OAM Skin is Ciara’s new beauty brand

There will be great pleasure for Ciara fans (which is to say just about everyone) to learn that she has launched her own skincare line called OAM Skin. In spite of the fact that the entire five-piece collection debuted on Sept. 15, it has been “years in the making” – and has already won the approval of Ciara’s husband, Russell Wilson, a pro football player.

“Rus said to me as he left practice yesterday, ‘Baby, your skin looks amazing.'” Ciara told POPSUGAR during a Sept. 7 beauty event. There’s no doubt he’s supportive.”

Ciara’s next-level glow is achieved with the entire OAM Skin range, which boosts radiance. Featuring vitamin C as the star ingredient as well as a proprietary Tri-C Pro-Peptide Complex, the brand launches with five products. In addition to the Vitamin C Hydrating Cleanser, Vitamin C Brightening Pads, Vitamin C Brightening Serum, Vitamin C Eye Revitalizer, and Vitamin C Radiance Moisturizer, there are also Vitamin C Eye Revitalizer and Vitamin C Radiance Moisturizer available.

In her opinion, the face wash and serum are her favorite products. Before I got into this industry, I didn’t get the whole serum thing — I was afraid to use it, to be honest — but now I do, she said, adding that with consistent use, “the glow-up shows.”

OAM Skin marks Ciara’s 12th celebrity beauty brand announcement of 2022. Her peers include La La Anthony, Scarlett Johansson, John Legend, Winnie Harlow, Hailey Bieber, and more. In the last few years, celebrity-owned hair, makeup, skin, and nail lines have been on the rise, but Ciara has yet to join.

While the brand is meant to be more of a reminder of taking care of yourself, she said it is not meant to be a “solution” for aging. I have been working on celebrating every stage of my life as it happens,” she said. “I don’t want to spend time thinking about time when being alive is such a blessing. I would tell my younger self be patient. Enjoy where you are.”
