Hawkeye Football: Iowa vs Nevada Game

Iowa vs Nevada: Once again, it’s game time in Iowa City! Even though the offense may make you want to poke your eyes out, Hawkeye fans should still enjoy other phases of the game!

Two wide receivers are expected to return to action for the first time this season, but Spencer Petras will be under center once again attempting to direct the nation’s worst offense. Nico Ragaini and Keagan Johnson returning (albeit on a snap count) may just be what the doctor ordered? Is Kirk Ferentz ready to pull the rip cord and give Alex Padilla a chance? Do any of these things matter?

After giving up 55 points to Incarnate Word last week, Nevada is facing one of the top defenses in the country. Is the Hawkeye defense going to score on its own and outscore the Wolfpack? During the Hawkeyes vs. Wolfpack game inside Kinnick Stadium, we will find out!
